How to Order from Loomi & Co.

We use skin-safe, UV-stabilised epoxy resin with cosmetic-grade pigments and mica powders. All metal findings (hooks, posts, chains) are hypoallergenic — either surgical steel or brass with anti-tarnish coating. No nickel.

Resin colours can vary slightly batch to batch — that's the beauty of handmade! We photograph in natural daylight to show colours as accurately as possible. If you want to see the exact piece before ordering, just ask us on WhatsApp and we'll share a fresh photo.

Ready to Ship pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made to Order pieces take 7–14 days to make, then 3–5 days for shipping. We ship pan-India via Speed Post or a courier service with tracking. Delivery typically takes 4–7 days depending on your location.

Yes! Custom orders are open. You can choose your colours, request a specific size (ring sizes 5–12 available), or ask for a combination of elements. Use our custom order form on the Shop page or message us directly on WhatsApp with your reference images.

We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit cards, credit cards, and net banking — all via our secure Razorpay payment link. We don't accept cash on delivery.

Since each piece is handmade, we don't accept returns. However, if your jewellery arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was shown, please message us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Keep away from perfume, hairspray, and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming or bathing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. With proper care, your pieces will stay vibrant for years.
